Define and store credit card and bank (eCheck) payment methods and, optionally, use them to auto-pay or auto-recharge your account.

We offer a variety of convenient ways to pay for our service, including credit card, bank account (eCheck), ACH, wire transfer, and paper check. On this page, you can add credit card or bank account information and keep it on file to facilitate manual invoice payment, or automate the entire billing process by enabling automatic payments and/or auto-recharge.

To get started, you’ll need to define a credit card or bank account saved payment. Choose either the Credit Card or Bank Account tab, complete the form, and save the payment method.

Verify that your payment method is now shown in the “Selected payment method” panel.

You may now configure two different types of auto-payments in the “Payment settings” panel:

  1. Automatic Payments - This is the traditional full invoice payment method that will charge your selected payment method once a month for the total amount due. We recommend enabling this for your convenience.
  2. Auto-Recharge - Customers have a “Spending Limit” defined based on their monthly usage and payment history. For customers who wish to exceed that limit without the trouble of requesting a Spending Limit increase, we offer the ability to pay down the balance by a Recharge Amount any time the balance owed reaches a defined Threshold Amount. For example, if you have a $1000 spending limit you could make a $500 payment any time the balance reached $950. This is a useful safety mechanism that will ensure you never exceed your spending limit.

Please note that a saved payment method is only applicable when you are paying by credit card and bank account (eCheck). If you pay us by more manual methods such as ACH, wire transfer or paper check this section will likely be empty.
